This policy describes how Nouzle ("we," "us," "the app") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application. Nouzle is operated by RadicalEye Media, LLC.

Information We Collect

Profile information you provide directly:

Name, age, location (city), and professional role
A profile photo
A short biography, a "what you're thinking about" prompt, and your interests
Two private prompts used for matching, not shown to other users
Your matching and connection preferences
Optionally, social media handles or links (Instagram, LinkedIn, and/or a personal website) submitted during signup. Providing this is entirely voluntary. It is used solely to help us individually verify new members as part of our application review process, and is not shown on your public profile.

Content you create while using the app:

Messages you exchange with people you've matched with

Information collected automatically:

A device identifier used to deliver push notifications to your device (via Apple Push Notification service and Firebase Cloud Messaging)

We do not collect your precise (GPS) location, email address, or phone number at this time.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to operate the app's core functionality:

To create and display your profile to other users
To generate potential matches based on your profile content and stated preferences, including your location — for example, if you've indicated a preference for local connections, your city is used to inform who you're matched with
To enable messaging between matched users
To send you push notifications about new matches and messages
To individually review and verify new member applications, using any social media links or handles voluntarily provided at signup, before granting full access to the app
To maintain the security and reliability of the app, including preventing abuse

A note on AI-assisted matching: To generate matches, the text you provide in your profile (your bio, prompts, and interests) is processed by a third-party AI service to identify potential compatibility between users. This content is sent to that service for the purpose of generating your matches and is not used to train the AI provider's models on our behalf beyond what's necessary to return a match result.

A note on verification information: Any social media handles or links you choose to provide during signup are used only for our own internal review of new member applications. We do not use any third-party tools or services to process this information, it is not shared with anyone outside our team, and it is never displayed on your public profile.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

We share information with the following categories of service providers, solely to operate the app:

Hosting and infrastructure providers, to store and serve app data
Firebase (Google), to deliver push notifications to your device
An AI matching service provider, as described above

Other users of the app can see your public profile information (name, age, location, role, photo, bio, prompt, interests) once you've entered the matching pool, and can see your messages if you choose to message them. Any social media handles or links you provide during signup are not included in your public profile, are not visible to other users, and are not shared with any third party.

Membership Review and Approval

Access to Nouzle's matching features requires that your application be individually reviewed and approved. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke access to the app for any user, at any time, including after an account has already been approved — for example, in cases involving suspected fraudulent or inauthentic profiles, violations of our community standards, or safety concerns. We are not obligated to provide a specific reason for a denial, suspension, or revocation decision.

Data Retention and Deletion

To request deletion of your account and data, contact us at privacy@radicaleye.co and we will process your request within 10 days.

Your Choices

You can control whether the app can send you push notifications at any time via your device's Settings app.
You can edit or remove most profile information at any time within the app.

Children's Privacy

Nouzle is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including transmitting data over encrypted connections. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above.
